I have spent the last 3 years deep-diving into what it means to journey into motherhood, how we change from woman to mother and what that change means for us as women.

During my recovery from postnatal depression and anxiety, I turned over every rock I could find to support myself in becoming well again.

I now offer coaching support to Mums who are feeling like there should be more.

No area goes untouched when you feel overwhelmed, confused, and experience the physical effects of postnatal depletion, stress or a change in your mood.

One to One Theraputic Coaching
Many of the women I work with have never worked with a coach before and have no idea if it is right for them or if it will help them. I offer one-to-one coaching sessions, usually lasting between 60 to 90 minutes. I like to offer coaching in an outdoor setting by walking and talking throughout the session.
My clients find that working this way offers multiple benefits and there is wide scientific evidence that being in nature promotes the regulation of our nervous system and blood pressure alongside lifting our mood. Consciously gentle, slow-paced walking whilst talking also provides a calming effect on your brain, allowing you to access thoughts and feelings that you may not otherwise allow to surface in daily busy life.

I offer one-off sessions at £65 for 90 minutes or a five session package at £300.
